Each user may only open one account, and creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately. Transferring or selling your account to a third party is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.
Fraud, hacking, use of bots, or any form of deceptive activity on the platform is strictly prohibited. Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward other users will be treated as a punishable offense. Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs will result in immediate account closure. tvs strictly prevents any transactions associated with money laundering or illegal financial activities. We reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities if such activities are detected.
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladesh's local currency, BDT (৳). Before making a deposit, please ensure your payment method is registered in your own name. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for withdrawals and is required for security purposes. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and amount. tvs reserves the right to request additional verification if a transaction appears suspicious.
From time to time, tvs may offer various bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own terms and conditions. Accepting a bonus requires fulfilling the associated wagering requirements as specified in the offer details. Attempting to claim bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being terminated. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly until the specified conditions have been met. tvs reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
Tvs is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, server outages, or third-party issues on the platform. tvs does not bear responsibility for any game or betting session interrupted due to loss of internet connection. Any loss caused by issues with the user's own device or network is entirely the user's responsibility. We always strive to ensure the highest quality of service, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed.

When submitting a complaint, please provide your account details, transaction ID, and a full description of the issue.
